Welcome, we are gathered here in the sand, by the sea, to celebrate with Groom and Bride, the love they have for each other, and their desire to unite their lives in marriage. Let’s take a minute to appreciate the natural beauty around us, to listen to the surf, to feel the warmth of the sun, wiggle our toes in the sand, and to see the incredible colors of the earth, sea and sky. Let us breath in that beauty, let it fill us up and then, let us breath it out, as love. So that we may all appreciate, and feel the love we are here today to witness.
The fountains mingle with the river, and the river with the ocean,
The winds of heaven mix forever, with a sweet emotion:
Nothing in the world is single;
All things by a law divine, in one another’s being mingle.

See the mountains kiss high heaven and the waves clasp one another;

What are all these kissings worth, if thou kiss not me?
Like two peas in a pod, Groom and Bride, have been together for a good long time and their experience of that togetherness has led them here today, to make a public pronouncement that they have each "found the one", and luckily, for them, it is each other. Groom and Bride Are you ready now to make your promises to each other? (They reply "We are").
Groom:

Bride:
I will love you every day
I will love you come what may
I will love you more than pie
I will love ‘til I die.
Groom: On the sea, in a tree

Groom and Bride have chosen this reading to share with all of you here a little of what it feels like to them to be in love. Love is universal and it touches everyone, but for each person the experience of love is unique, here is a taste of what is it like for Groom and Bride.
I love you because you have done more than any creed could have done to make me good. And more than any fate could have done to make me happy. You have done it without a touch, without a word, without a sign. You have done it by being yourself. Perhaps that is what being a friend means, after all.
With the giving and receiving of rings you are sealing the promises you have chosen to make to each other today. From now on when you look at your hands you will see the symbol of your marriage upon your finger, and you will know that you are no longer a single person, you are one part of a double.
